HOT60 yoga is based on the Bikram yoga sequence of 26 fixed postures – performed in a room heated to 36-40 degrees with a 40% level of humidity.
Benefits include – improved strength and stamina, increases blood circulation and flexibility, helps the spine stay healthy, flushes toxins from the body and allows the skin to breath.
Please bring your own mat, a towel, a bottle of water and a smile to class.
Please arrive 5 mins before the start of class to allow yourself to acclimatise to the heat.
